At Nine West, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including the shoebox, and ensure all original tags are still attached before sealing the box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
